We’re keen to speak to people who are interested in our mission, share our values, and have some combination of the following:

  • Experience, skills or networks in a relevant sectors (estate agency, mortgage intermediaries, property portals, conveyancing) or key functions (such as marketing / social media, AI /ML).
  • Resources or connections to follow-on in any potential future rounds.

Timing – The industry is ripe for disruption and we are well positioned.

Approach and IP – We have novel IP for insights and sustainability on properties which is combined with value-add digital features.

Team – we’re passionate, we have a track record building successful proptech ventures and delivering excellent returns to investors.

We are eligible for both SEIS and EIS (these are tax relief schemes for UK investors) and have obtained advanced assurance from HRMC.
