The partnership will allow homeowners and buyers to access Landmark’s trusted panel services – including surveys, mortgage advice and conveyancing – on the Propflo platform alongside a bespoke property score and property insights.
With fall-through rates costing the industry over £1bn per year and 14m wasted days, the partnership will help drive forward the wider Landmark mission to improve trust and transparency across the entirety of the market.
